How are hours tracked and billed?

Before starting any task, our project manager provides a detailed hour estimate. You are billed only for the quoted hours unless there are scope changes or additional revisions. For new requirements, we notify you beforehand or bill the extra hours consistent to the initial scope. Internally, we use advanced tracking tools to enhance accuracy, and you will receive detailed reports with a full breakdown of work completed for total transparency.

Can I switch to a retainer?

Yes, you can transition to a monthly retainer (20, 40, 80+ hours) at any time. Retainers offer a priority service guarantee, making them ideal for clients with consistent or high-volume workloads.

Do you only use Slack for communication?

We prioritize seamless integration into your existing workflow. While we primarily use Slack, we are fully equipped to collaborate via MS Teams, WhatsApp, ClickUp, or Jira. We are also happy to join your internal Slack workspace rather than having you join ours if that better serves your project management efficiency. Ultimately, we are flexible and will adapt to whichever channel your team prefers.

Who owns the Intellectual Property (IP)?

You do. Under our hourly contract, 100% of the IP ownership for any designs, code, or web assets we create belongs to you. You maintain the full right to modify, distribute, or resell the work without any further involvement or royalties owed to us. We build it; you own it.

Are you open to signing an NDA?

Yes, we are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements. By default, we reserve the right to showcase our collaboration through case studies (while strictly omitting exclusive or non-public IP). However, if your project requires a fully confidential "white-label" arrangement or a custom NDA, this may be subject to additional expenses or a specific commitment. Please contact us to discuss a contract that fits your confidentiality requirements.

What happens if tasks exceed my set budget?

If a task is projected to exceed your set hour budget, we will notify you before proceeding. You can then decide whether to extend the budget or adjust the task's scope.

Are there any fees besides the hourly rate?

A monthly Service Retainer Fee applies to maintain your active account status and resource availability. This fee is waived when you switch to a monthly retainer, offering better value for clients with ongoing work.

Can I prioritize certain tasks?

Absolutely. You can specify which tasks need immediate attention, and we will adjust our workflow accordingly to meet your deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Is there a minimum number of hours I need to commit to?

No, there is no minimum commitment. You are billed only for the hours worked, which is ideal for businesses with irregular workloads. If you assign a higher volume of work, our graduated pricing model automatically reduces your hourly rate, ensuring your costs become more efficient as you scale.
