How does hourly billing work?
You pay for the time actually spent on your tasks. Service starts at $45 per hour with graduated rates down to $30 per hour at higher monthly usage, plus a $20 monthly service retention fee. Each task gets an hour estimate before work begins, and every hour is reported.
How does AI make BiTechX faster?
BiTechX uses AI-assisted tools in design, software development, and creative production to reduce repetitive work and speed up early iterations. Because billing is hourly, fewer hours means a lower cost for the same deliverable. All work remains subject to professional review and quality assurance.
Can you work on my existing Shopify store without rebuilding it?
Yes. Many requirements involve improving existing storefronts, including Liquid changes, custom sections, product templates, app integrations, mobile layouts, and resolving technical issues.
Can BiTechX build a Shopify store from scratch?
Yes. BiTechX can support a Shopify store through setup, design, theme customization, product page development, integration configuration, and launch preparation.
Do I need to commit to a certain number of hours every month?
No. The published Hourly Contract has no minimum usage requirement. The service retention fee keeps the contract active.
Do you run Facebook, Instagram, or Google ads?
No. BiTechX is not a paid advertising agency. We produce creative assets, landing pages, tracking implementations, and integrations that support campaigns, but we don't manage ad spend or media buying.
